If you’re having a Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day party, help everyone conjure up some romance with a “love potion” bar. An interactive bar lets gets customize their tea to whatever they love best. It’s a fun activity and the sachets or tins make a great favor, too.
Set out assorted loose-leaf teas and sachets and invite guests to mix a blend that will get them (and anyone they serve it to) in the mood for love. Once they’ve created a mix that warms their hearts, have them fill a tea tin or sachet with it as a favor they can take home to work their magic.
- Love Potion Labels Template
- Cardstock
- Scissors
- Doublestick Tape
- Small tea tins (or empty tea bag sachets) for packaging
- Assorted loose-leaf teas (think black, lavender, chamomile, rose, chrysanthemum, white, mint, green, or any other favorites)
- Small bowls, cups, or tins
- Paper tablecloth
- Marker
Step 1 Download Love Potion Labels, print onto card stock, and cut out. Tape to the top of tea tins using doublestick tape.
Step 2 Fill small bowls or tins with teas and set on a paper tablecloth with the tea flavor written in front of the containers. Or, write the flavor of the tea on a card and place it in front of the container.
Step 3 After each guest concocts a “love potion,” have them fill a tin with their brew so they can take it home and make the magic happen.
