Throw a Super Bowl party where what’s on the table is as attention-grabbing as what’s on the TV. When thinking about food to set out, go with things that are small, don’t need plates, and look good together lined up on a tray. Easy last-minute party food idea! Pick your three favorite Super Bowl go-tos and serve them small-sized.

-Pigs in a blanket (pictured above)

-Mini Meatballs (pictured above)

-Bite-size nachos made by melting some cheese into a scoop-shaped tortilla chip and adding your favorite toppings (pictured above topped with cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole, jalepeno, and cilantro)

-Fritattas made in a muffin tin

-Mini potato skins topped with onion dip

-Avocado on rye bites

-Bacon-wrapped dates

Make it yourself or even buy prepared for the ultimate throw-it-together setup. Line them up in rows on your tray for a classic, straightforward presentation.

Step it up by setting up the table itself to look like a football field with green paper, washi tape and adding our Game Day cutouts as confetti or toothpick toppers.

What You’ll Need to Make Field:

  • Toothpicks
  • White Washi Tape (painter’s tape or masking tape works, too)
  • Green Kraft Paper or Large Green Construction Paper
  • Game Day Template
  • Scissors
  • Cardstock

How To:

Step 1 Cover your tabletop in roll of green paper (or any green tablecloth).

Step 2 Using the Washi Tape, make “yard lines” horizontally down the table. Every other line should go all the way across, and the rest only partway. Work freehand, or measure and mark with a pencil ahead of time so lines are evenly spaced

Step 3 Download and print out the Game Day template onto cardstock or paper. Cut shapes out and either scatter over the table, or tape to toothpicks for easy snacking.
