Use the blank templates to write your own message, or choose one that’s pre-printed with an oh-so-sweet saying. Then punch out a hole, thread a ribbon through it, and tie the tag onto a box or wrap it around a bouquet. - Conversation Hearts Template
- Paper or Cardstock
- Scissors
- Pen (optional)
- Hole Punch
- Thin Ribbon
HOW TO:
Step 1 Download our Conversation Hearts Template and print onto white paper or cardstock.
Step 2 Cut out hearts. Write messages if using blank hearts.
Step 3 Punch a hole out of one side of the heart and thread the ribbon through.
Step 4 Tie ribbon around gift, forming a bow at the end to secure.
