Football fans root for different teams, and at your Big Game get-together, they may cheer for different kinds of potato chips, too. For your Super Bowl party, set out a spread of chips (veggie, ridged, flavored, you name it!) labeled with toothpicks topped by paper footballs. It’s a fun way to please your friends’ palates and give them something to feast their eyes on, too—in other words, a party planning touchdown!

You can also customize your toothpicks for a cheese board, charcuterie plate, slider and mini hot dog tray, cupcakes, brownies and more!

Whatever you serve, it’s easy to make your Super Bowl Spread a sight to rival the halftime show. Just line a tray with green paper as grass and stand up a couple of our goalposts. Then, kick off! Or, at least, kick back while you watch the pros play.

No tray? No problem. Top your table with green paper instead—you can even use a paint pen to draw yard lines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

HOW TO:

Step 1 Download Football and Goalpost template, print onto white paper or cardstock and cut out.

Step 2 Label each football to match a type of potato chip.

Step 3 Tape a toothpick to the back of each football.

Step 4 Line your tray with a sheet of green paper, or several sheets taped together to cover the bottom of the tray.

Step 5 Use scissors to fringe edges of long strips of green paper so they look like grass. Then wrap them along the inner sides of your tray, taping as you go, so that they stick up several inches above the edges.

Step 6 Tape goalposts to either end of the tray.

Step 7 Stick picks into chip bowls, and let the game begin!
